Four-Country Culinary Research
Our kitchen team studied and analyzed the best F&B concepts across four culinary capitals of the Middle East: Egypt, Turkey, Syria, and Lebanon. We looked at how each country handles meat cuts, spice blends, fat ratios, and cooking times. We wanted to take the best element of each:
- The rich spices of Egyptian street food.
- The clean grilling techniques of Turkish kitchens.
- The fresh, balancing sauces of Levantine cooking.
